Sagar Vidwans has 7 years’ work experience spanning academics in colleges such as Fergusson, SP, Garware, Symbioses and SNDT in Pune, and KIAMS in Harihar, in subjects like psychology, HR, research methodology and behavioural science; paper presentation in a national seminar on “Co-relational study on stress, study habits and gender difference”; research publication in Indian Journal of Positive Psychology; and field experience in counseling, psychotherapy, juvenile remedial programs, HR (in Sahyadri Hospitals) and competency mapping (in Volks Wagon and Audi). He has attended various courses and seminars and conducted guest lectures and training sessions. He has been an on-stage artist in one-act plays in Sanskrit and Marathi.
At present, he works as a full-time faculty in MIT-ADT University, Pune and is pursuing doctoral research on “Mediating role of meaning in work and psychological capital between organizational culture and job satisfaction”. He has completed M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Fergusson College and is a NET passed Research Scholar.
