Introduction
In an era of rising healthcare costs and various physical and mental ailments troubling people of all age groups, a holistic system that not only looks at curing; but also preventing diseases, is increasingly becoming the need of the hour. The time-tested science of Hath Yoga that originated in ancient India is therefore catching the attention of both, those who are healthy and wish to stay that way, as well as those who suffer from any problems. The Yoga Instructor Training (YIT) certificate course offered by MIT, Pune and Yogavahini, Chennai, offers comprehensive learning for practical implementation. Those who successful complete the YIT will be eligible to participate in the Yoga-based Wellness Counsellor certificate course that will be held somewhere around December 2020.
